Alterations:  Because of inclement weather, shortage of greens or rinks or other conditions beyond its control, the Match Committee reserves the right to change the format or dates of competitions, impose or alter time limits, or cancel competitions where there are insufficient entries.  Any alterations will be notified by email and a notice put on the Notice Board.
